BREAKING: Federal Agents Raid Minnesota Judge’s Property — $100M Found in SINALOA Investigation

Do not take the bait.

Do not allow them to deploy federal troops into here.

Feds stormed the private residence of a Minneapolis judge and reportedly discovered nearly $100 million linked straight to the Sinaloa cartel.

But what began as a single bust has blown the lid off cartel supply lines operating right out in the open, exposing hundreds of millions in fraud funneling through secure channels, watching judges toss out jury verdicts, and sparking a brutal standoff between federal agents and state leaders.

and what investigators found next sheds light on why thousands are getting cuffed and why highranking officials are now in the hot seat in Minneapolis.

So far, we brought hundreds of criminals off the streets uh that were dangerous to society and dangerous to that community.

Back in June 2024, Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison indicted Abdaf Yusf and Lul Ahmed, accusing them of draining $7.

2 $2 million from Medicaid via their firm, Promise Health Services.

Prosecutors mapped out a scam lasting from 2018 to 2023, packed with overbilling, double charging, and billing for phantom personal care work that patients never actually received.

So, operations continue unabated here in Minneapolis.

Uh, several illegal alien criminals taken off the streets yet again over the past 24 hours.

Again, that is what we’re here to do.

And we’re not going to be deterred in doing that.

We are going to take these criminal illegal aliens off the street and make America a safer place, make Minneapolis a safer place.

Again, that is why we’re here.

The paper trail showed $387,000 in cash pulls and over a million moved into personal accounts for high-end shopping.

Then in August 2025, a jury nailed Yousef on six counts of aiding theft by swindle after reviewing all that evidence in court.

Just two months later, Henipin County Judge Sarah West tossed the conviction in the trash, ruling the case was circumstantial and arguing it was possible that Ysef’s brother might have pulled the whole thing off Solo, ignoring the jury’s decision.

After they’d sat through weeks of testimony and scrutinized the financial books, the jurors publicly voiced their shock with one calling the fraud unmistakable based on the trial evidence and saying they couldn’t believe.

A judge had the power to wipe out their unanimous verdict.

State Senator Michael Holmstrom blasted Judge West as an extremist, saying her ruling effectively gave fraudsters a tutorial on how to build schemes with built-in alibis that can survive a judge’s review, even after a jury finds them guilty.

Been used a lot, and if I needed it, I’d use it.

I don’t think there’s any reason right now to use it, but if I needed it, I’d use it.

It’s uh very powerful.

If I had done this, I would have plead guilty.

Didn’t federal agents find gold, jewelry, cash in your closet? They found um minimal jewelry.

But a tossed verdict was just a drop in the bucket compared to what the feds found.

Minnesota has become the epicenter for one of the biggest fraud rings in American history.

The feeding our future saga started in 2022 when the DOJ began charging nonprofit operators who lied about feeding kids during the coid9 pandemic.

By late 2025, the stats were insane.

98 people charged and 57 convicted with prosecutors hinting that more indictments were on the way.

Let me detail a couple of illegal aliens we took off the streets over the past 24 hours that were walking our streets over those past 24 hours.

Uh here’s one, Mr.

Carlos Gomez A.

OSA charged with cocaine trafficking and con and a controlled substance violation.

This is an interesting one because this individual was what we would term term as a golf which is a gotaway across the border.

This individual crossed the border and was a golf a gotaway more than likely uh over those past four years when we had millions crossing the border unabated.

This is what we get in our communities.

What happens at the border does not stay at the border.

And then we have Lin Lin Lee, an illegal alien from Red China.

And they have to be small.

He’s involved in this feed your children, the autistic thing.

I mean, there’s many, many cases of it.

And it’s just a I mean, don’t we know that that’s just a deflection for them to not get and pry this pry into this the facts that are there of these criminals stealing money? The total heist hit $250 million in federal money.

Of the 92 defendants with documented histories, 82 were Somali Americans running sham daycare centers and autism programs using industrial scale over billing for services that nobody ever received.

Retired Navy intelligence officer Lieutenant Commander Philip Parish, a veteran of the Joint Terrorism Task Force, claims he’s been tracking this fraud since 2016, tracing money from fake Minnesota daycarees straight to Al-Shabaab, utilizing off-thegrid hala networks to funnel cash abroad without leaving a paper trail.

For months, our Minneapolis station, KSTP, has been investigating why many daycarees continue to receive taxpayer dollars despite numerous violations.

Parish insists he flagged these issues to Minnesota leadership, specifically highlighting the funding of terror groups, but he says those alerts fell on deaf ears.

Now, while the feds haven’t officially nailed down the al-Shabaab link in a courtroom just yet, nobody is arguing against the massive scope of the theft, especially considering HHS had to freeze child care payouts nationwide, directly because the scams in Minnesota blew the lid off the systems weak points.

Every single action that our ICE officers take is according to the law and following protocols that we have used for years.

Here is the kicker.

The fraud rings and drug traffickers are working out of the exact same neighborhoods, hiding behind the very same sanctuary policies that local politicians are currently fighting to keep going toe-to-toe with federal agents in court who could have dismantled these operations years ago if they’d been allowed to do their jobs.

And that background is crucial to understanding the crackdown that followed.

Since January, the Department of Homeland Security has arrested over 480,000 criminal illegal aliens.

70% of those individuals have criminal charges against them or have been convicted.

Fast forward to late 2025.

A massive force of 2 to 3,000 federal agents swarmed the Twin Cities, rounding up undocumented nationals with heavy wrap sheets, including robbery, murder, aggravated assault, and in some cases, actual terrorism charges.

Will be held accountable for your crimes.

We’ll take you in for DHS Secretary Christy Gnome wasn’t just directing traffic from a desk in D C for this one.

She was boots on the ground, gearing up alongside the agents and showing up right as the raids went down.

All across the Minneapolis St.

Paul metro area, her physical presence sent a loud and clear message.

The White House now considered Minnesota a critical battleground rather than just another standard precinct on the map.

Do not allow them to invoke the Insurrection Act.

Do not allow them to declare martial law.

Do not allow them to lie about the security and the decency of this state and let’s let this investigation play itself out.

Processing.

By the time January 2026 rolled around, the feds had over 3,000 people in handcuffs.

These weren’t isolated stops.

We’re talking coordinated takedowns hitting multiple counties at the exact same time, sweeping through schools, religious centers, apartment blocks, and private residences that had been flagged by Intel Ops as hubs for human trafficking, financial scams, or hideouts for wanted fugitives.

Top brass at DHS confirmed that the dragnet caught people with serious priors, including pushing narcotics, violent assault, theft, and ties to terror organizations.

If you look at the DHS files, Governor Tim Walls cut loose almost 470 undocumented criminals right after the Trump administration took over.

These were guys who, by every standard rule in the book, should have been handed straight over to ICE.

A lot of them had wrap sheets a mile long for moving drugs.

So letting them walk didn’t just thumb a nose at immigration laws.

It literally put experienced operatives right back into the cartel’s supply chain.

That move by the governor changed the entire dynamic of the federal response.

The DOJ launched an official probe into both Governor Walls and Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey.

Digging into whether their local policies crossed the line into criminal obstruction of federal justice.

President Trump didn’t mince words either, warning publicly that if they kept blocking federal agents, he’d pull out some heavy constitutional artillery, potentially even invoking the insurrection act, a nuclear option usually saved for times when local governments are either incapable or flatout refused to uphold the law.

And this was the scene today at the Whipple Federal Building, the epicenter protest in Minneapolis.

the building serving as a staging facility for ICE agents, DHS officers, and Custom and Border Protection personnel.

This all comes one day after President Trump threatened to invoke the Insurrection Act in Minnesota.

Late this morning, he issued a social media post that read in part, “The governor and mayor don’t know what to do.

They have totally lost control and are currently being rendered useless.

If and when I am forced to act, it will be solved quickly and effectively.

” This afternoon, he was asked what the trigger would be for the insurrection act to be used in Minnesota.

He controls one of the most prolific and violent drug trafficking organizations in this world.

And look, the cartel footprint in Minnesota isn’t some conspiracy theory.

Federal court papers have laid out in black and white exactly how the Sinaloa and CJNG cartels established their strongholds in the Twin Cities over a span of 5 years.

The facts are that federal agents are arresting murderers, cartel connected criminals, and other individuals who pose a real danger to the people of Minneapolis.

Back in August 2024, the DEA’s Omaha branch slapped charges on 15 people involved in a pipeline straight from Mexico that had been flooding Minneapolis with lethal product since 2019, utilizing a highly organized distribution web.

A lawsuit were filing against the United States Department of Homeland Security uh to end the unlawful, unprecedented surge of the federal law enforcement agents into Minnesota.

At the top of the food chain sat a Minnesota native named Clinton James Ward, a guy who was just a mid-tier player until he made a serious pivot following his bust in 2019.

Rather than facing the music, Ward skipped town to Jaliscoco, pulling off a maneuver that most traffickers stateside can only dream of.

He didn’t just visit.

He got in tight with the big bosses at Sinaloa and the C JN G.

The feds later painted his gig as basically a Mexican franchise operation.

Customers up in Minneapolis could place orders like they were buying from a local, but Ward was actually sourcing massive loads directly from the syndicate’s labs and stash houses south of the border.

We’re not talking nickel and dime bags here.

Ward dealt in heavy tonnage while staying off the radar, relying on a tight circle of runners, layers of middlemen, and pipeline crews already planted in the Midwest to shuttle the product north without setting off alarms with the feds.

By the time the law got wise to him, his machine had already made industrial scale smuggling feel totally routine in Minnesota.

They finally hauled Mr.

Ward back to the United States.

In March of 2024, the government thought cutting off the head would kill the snake.

Dead wrong.

The network didn’t even blink.

The suppliers just swapped out their point man.

Gave the maps to new handlers and kept rolling on the exact same rails that Ward spent years laying down.

The burners kept ringing.

The pipeline stayed full.

The cash kept flowing.

GO.

Proof of that resilience dropped in November 2025 when the feds nailed convictions for 19 more players linked to a sprawling ring in the upper Midwest.

And what they grabbed in that bust absolutely massive.

Over 100 lb of raw weight, 9 lb of white powder, and 120,000 fake pressed tabs.

That’s inventory meant for the streets right in Minnesota neighborhoods, not sitting in some vault.

Detectives also verified this wasn’t just a single state problem.

The D E A out in the Rockies logged similar busts across Colorado, Utah, Montana, and Wyoming all through 2025, racking up 8.

7 million pills and 3,100 lb of pure poison.

Every single one of those loads led back to the same hubs in Denver and Salt Lake, acting as the main distribution veins, pumping product into Minneapolis through a web of Midwestern highways.

Meanwhile, Minnesota’s Democratic brass hit back at the Metro Surge crackdown by flooding the courts with lawsuits aimed at grinding federal police work to a halt every chance they got.

reward lived a life of luxury making millions of dollars uh trafficking uh met and those days are over.

The A C L U slapped D H is with a lawsuit over raid methods on December 17th.

Attorney General Ellison wasn’t far behind, dropping an 80page filing on January 12th, slamming DH the EST for supposedly breaking the 10th Amendment via what he dubbed militarized raids and targeting immigrant neighborhoods based on race come January 16th.

you is District Judge Kate Mendez blocked ICE with a temporary court order telling them they can’t use tear gas, pepper spray, or arrest peaceful bystanders while they’re out on the job.

The Department of Justice didn’t sit back, though they filed an appeal immediately on January 19th.

Then you’ve got Judge John Tonheim stepping in to release.

A Venezuelan family caught in a St.

Paul bust, claiming the agents didn’t have their paperwork right.

It’s becoming a real pattern where local officials sue the feds and judges slap down these blocking orders while the bad actors use all that confusion to slip away and hide back inside these sanctuary zones.

The D OJ is still investigating walls and fray, but Trump threatening the insurrection act really highlights that this organized push back against federal law might take some extreme constitutional power plays to fix.

Minneapolis is currently ground zero for the biggest federal immigration crackdown we have ever seen in the history of the United States.

Those cartel supply routes that took 5 years to build, they haven’t been touched.

We’re seeing hundreds of millions in fraud exposed.

But state judges are tossing out convictions.

Even after juries saw piles of hard evidence.

We’re either watching the return of law and order or the start of something totally different.
